Introducing the Story of Baker University
Baker University was the first university in the state of Kansas and maintains its reputation as a premier private university with close ties to the United Methodist Church. Consisting of four schools - College of Arts and Sciences, School of Nursing, School of Professional and Graduate Studies, and School of Education - Baker University offers creative learning experiences while challenging students to analyze issues with depth and clarity.

The Challenge
When the Coronavirus pandemic hit the United States in March of 2020, it became impossible for many prospective students to tour the Baker University campus. The Baker team needed an engaging way to showcase their campus and history.
Our Solution
O8’s UX/UI design specialist designed an interactive campus map where visitors could navigate to the different buildings to see photos and learn about what takes place there. As this tool is intended to recruit new students, video testimonials and admissions forms are easily accessible as visitors navigate the page.
