Hand one recurring job to an AI employee. Keep the judgment.
In 45 minutes with Seth Viebrock, we pick the one workflow your AI employee should own first, decide where a human signs off, and map the five to seven weeks to get it running inside your stack.
A one-page Role Charter, written in the session.
Most AI projects stall because nobody wrote down what the AI is actually responsible for. The Role Charter is that document: one workflow, the systems it reads, what it drafts, and where a person signs off. It becomes Week 1 of the setup if you go ahead, and it is yours to keep either way.
Bring the person who owns the work today. The session is a working meeting, not a demo.
- Reads
- GA4, Search Console, your CRM, the project tracker. Read-only.
- Drafts
- The Monday client report and a two-line summary for the account lead.
- Escalates
- Any metric that moves more than 20% week over week, before the report goes out.
- Human signs off
- Account lead reviews and sends. Nothing reaches a client unreviewed.
- Definition of done
- Report in the client's inbox by 9 a.m. Monday, with a QA log the lead can inspect.
Good fit, or not yet.
Book the session if
- A skilled person on your team spends hours every week on reporting, follow-up, or prep that follows the same pattern each time.
- Your work already lives in tools with data in them: a CRM, analytics, a project tracker, a shared inbox.
- You want a named owner accountable for the AI's output, not a chatbot nobody supervises.
- You would rather prove one role in five to seven weeks than run a six-month "AI strategy."
Probably not yet if
- The work you want to hand over is mostly conversations, negotiation, or relationship judgment.
- Your core systems are spreadsheets and memory; there is nothing consistent for an AI employee to read yet.
- You are looking for a self-serve tool to try on your own. We are the implementation team, not the software.
Five to seven weeks, discovery to handoff.
The same sequence we used to put our own AI employee to work at O8, run for your team.
Role Charter
45 minutes with Seth. One workflow, its systems, its sign-off points.
Discovery
Stack audit, task inventory, escalation rules, written definition of done.
Integration
Connect CRM, analytics, content system, team channel. Brand voice and guardrail spec.
Quality assurance
Output compared against prior-quarter work. QA log with pass rates by task type.
Handoff
Runbook, owner training, change-management notes, roadmap for a second role.
Your systems stay yours.
The first question every operator asks is "what does it have access to?" Here is the answer, and it is the same answer we give in the scoping document.
The AI employee reads only the systems you approve. Write access is added per task, in writing, during scoping.
Customer-facing messages, approvals, and anything that leaves the building wait for your designated owner.
Every action is logged. You can see what was read, what was drafted, and what was escalated.
Access can be narrowed or revoked at any point during setup, and after.
O8 runs on an AI employee. The setup we sell is the one we live with.
Before we offered this to anyone, we put our own 20-person company on one AI employee: client reporting, meeting prep, site fixes, sales and finance checks, each with a person reviewing before anything reaches a client. Viktor, the platform we implement on, published an independent case study on what happened.
Figures from the published case study, "How O8 runs a 20-person agency with one AI employee". The case study also lists the things the AI employee got wrong and who caught them. We think you should read that part too.
"This is absolutely worth it. Don't even think about passing on this, unless you want to be left behind."

Forty-five minutes. One workflow. A charter you keep.
The session is free and there is no retainer to start. If we proceed, setup is a fixed five-to-seven-week scope, quoted in writing after the session.
