• Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referring URLs — via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.

Information from Third Parties

• OAuth sign-in: When you sign in to O8 Intelligence with Google or LinkedIn, we receive your name, email, and profile picture per those providers' policies.
• CRM data: Contact and company information from our CRM when you interact with our sales or marketing outreach.

3. O8 Intelligence — AI Platform

O8 Intelligence is an AI-powered marketing research assistant. Your queries and conversation history are stored to provide continuity and improve responses. Queries may be processed by LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT) under data processing agreements. We do not sell your queries for advertising.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers (Convex, Vercel, Google Cloud, Brevo, GoHighLevel, Harvest) under data processing agreements; analytics providers (GA4, Microsoft Clarity); AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI); and when required by law.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (authentication, CSRF), analytics cookies (GA4, Clarity), and marketing cookies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel). You may opt out via browser settings or optout.aboutads.info.

6. Your Rights

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Contact submissions: 3 years. O8 Intelligence data: while account is active, deleted within 90 days of deletion request. Analytics: per provider settings (GA4 default: 26 months).

We use TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. No internet transmission is 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
