Project Description

This HubSpot implementation and training project for Heraeus Medevio included a comprehensive discovery process for their current CRM. After field research, custom property mapping, and structured data set-up, the O8 team was able to import and QA deliverables outlined in an importation document.

This was followed by a UX/UI review for navigating and operating in Hubspot, creating custom views and setting card properties, and training the Heraeus team on how to best operate and use each hub.

The O8 team was also able to deliver property management, custom view, and user role management recommendations. This was followed by connecting and setting up app integrations and user roles.
